A friendly and established software company based in the City are looking to recruit a Receptionist on temp to perm basis to start ASAP
Duties Include:
*Answering busy switch board.
*Refreshing the rooms after meetings as well as the training room throughout the day.
*Collecting deliveries and couriers.
*Booking of couriers and keeping the spread sheet updated.
*Supporting the team members as required.
*Filing and maintaining the filing system.
*Franking all out going post.
*Meeting and greeting our guests.
*Confirmation, feedback, certificates and printing of manuals for training courses.
*Packing away of all stock.
*Scan incoming orders and record on Share Point
Experience and Qualifications:
*Good Microsoft Office skills.
*At least one years experience in within an office environment.
*Business-related degree (preferred although not essential)
Personal Attributes:
*Excellent phone manna.
*Excellent grammar and writing skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several - often conflicting - priorities.
*Great team working skills.
*Effective administration and time management skills.
*Effective interpersonal skills - highly articulate and confident.
Package
*£ 20,000 k basic
*Working hours 8.00 - 4.30pm (1 hour lunch)
*20 days holiday (additional 1 day per calendar year worked up to 25 days)
*Contributory pension scheme (after one year's service)
*Contributory Health or Gym membership (after one year's service)
