Basic Requirements

  • Focused, hard-working team-player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience within a sales environment is essential.
  • The candidate must have experience of working in a fast paced, pressurised environment and must demonstrate a high standard of time management, organisational and communication skills.
  • Some previous experience within the beauty industry would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Possess the ability to develop a clear understanding of the company’s sales and marketing strategy.
  • Show a strong understanding of both retail and professional global sales accounts and their needs.
  • Easy going, friendly personality is key.

Core Duties

  • Key account management of both professional and retail sales accounts worldwide.
  • Seek and grow new business worldwide.
  • Ensuring a smooth day to day running of all aspects of the sales team.
  • Handling all sales related communication with your dedicated accounts.
  • Liaising with the sales, PR and marketing teams on a daily basis in order to maximise sales growth.
  • Liaising with the Operations Liaison Officer on a daily basis. 
  • Good understanding of theoperational side of the business.
  • Travel throughout the UK and overseas will be required.
  • Work on brand and charity collaborations to help to grow the exposure of the brand.
  • Help to grow spa distribution worldwide.
  • Review and report on markets with regard to both retail and professional exposure.
  • Help to push sales targets via regular communication with our distribution partners.
  • Working on and participating in tradeshows both in the UK and overseas.

The successful applicant will gain huge experience across a broad spectrum of both the sales and internal business processes and they will assist in the continuous growth of sales.
