My client, an amazing, creative, integrated advertising agency based in the heart of central London, is looking for an EA to support the CEO for a 6 month maternity cover. This is a fantastic EA position with a huge amount of responsibility and an opportunity to join a fun and vibrant team. This is an immediate position.
On a daily basis you will be acting as the main POC for the CEO, gate-keeping, overseeing emails, managing CEO’s diary, managing extensive travel itineraries globally, collating documents and creating PPT presentations and much more. This is a busy role requiring a solid EA with the ability to provide seamless support to tight deadlines.
To be considered for this role you should have previous experience at a senior PA level within an integrated advertising agency. You should be IT savvy, ideally Mac literate with strong organisation. You should be personable, professional and a strong PA with a good sense of humour. You MUST have experience supporting at CEO level and have solid experience organising international travel.
