Personal Assistant

A West End based branding agency is looking for a top notch PA to join its fun and creative team. Working directly in a 1:1 role for the CEO, and providing ad hoc support for two other design managers, this is a wonderful opportunity for a bright, creative and hardworking PA. It is essential that you have experience as a PA, that you are degree educated (or equivalent) and are highly organised.

The role covers all aspects of the PA role from inbox management, diary management and travel arrangements. You will also be called upon to support HR processes, assisting in arranging company events and being a general support to the CEO’s busy schedule. An interest in world affairs and current cultural changes would be an advantage. This is a bright and driven office and the CEO is exceptionally busy and travels globally. Salary in the region of £33K.
