Project PA - Digital Marketing Agency, South West London

You will join a team of 4, each of you with different clients to look after, so you must be comfortable and experienced in this area with impeccable interpersonal skills.

This role is extremely varied and exciting. You will be providing PA support to 3 Directors, who all have varying requirements and carrying out all administrative duties related to the clients you have been assigned, who will be predominantly FMCG. You will often be first point of contact for your clients, aiding the relationship and networking as much as possible. You will be providing key support in terms of client events including sourcing interesting venues.

You will be an experienced PA, ideally within a media environment and have a solid CV – job hoppers need not apply! Able to think on your feet, you will be proactive and self-motivated. This is a mature environment and my client really invest in their staff, so you will be involved in many different things. Working in a close knit team in such a client facing role, you will have first rate communication skills and understanding the importance of developing effective internal and external stakeholder relationships. You will have experience in organising events and be creative, innovative and positive.
