Market Analyst

As Market Analyst you will support the business development team by providing in depth, quality market research for clients and maps trends of where the team should be focusing efforts before it becomes mainstream knowledge. The Market Analyst role pays to £35k. 

The Market Analyst’s aim is to collect and analyse data and information. 

Market Analyst duties: 

o    Responsibility for providing in depth, quality research on target and existing clients’ companies and details around the decision makers within those organisations.
o    You will lead the monitoring, collating and analysis of a range of internal and external data sources providing intelligence and insight reports based on all relevant evidence.
o    Provide a proactive and creative input into research solutions and methodologies to deliver unique insight into the commercial property outsourcing and consultancy market.
o    Preparation and proactive input into key account planning meetings. Including supporting sector leads in the collation and analysis of data for targeting purposes.
o    Analysis and interpretation of data
o    Creation of engaging reports.
o    Investigation of information through desktop research, telephone communication and face to face meetings 

Market Analyst experinece required: 

o    Experience in delivering research and insight projects through all stages from inception to findings delivery.
o    Ability to provide evidence and actionable insight from disparate data sources.
o    Preferably holds an appropriate MRS Research qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
o    Experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
