My clients is UHNWI who owns and runs a conglomerate that operates across many sectors with a global reach

We are recruiting for two travelling Personal Assistants, supporting the Chairman both in the office and while away travelling. The Chairman travels extensively and often for varying periods of time between London, Washington and Cairo. As such, the PAs will also be taking on Cabin Crew responsibilities on the Private Plane whilst travelling.

This is a hugely varied and interesting business to work for and offers amazing opportunities. The Chairman is highly regarded and an active philanthropist who has involvement with international commerce and relations. He has a huge interest in the art world and enjoys a privileged lifestyle.

Responsibilities in this role will include PA duties, arranging meetings, taking minutes, preparation of events, organising diary and travel, other ad hoc duties and accompanying travel.

You will have an excellent standard of education and presentation, with exceptional attention to detail, strong IT and typing skills with previous PA experience at a CEO level. The ideal candidate will also carry out Cabin Attendant duties and must be willing to attend a 5 days Cabin Attendant course if required.
