This is an opportunity to work within the UK’s leading data and marketing consultancy, focused on servicing the needs of UK and Global multi-channel retailers.

Day to day, this will involve:

• Organising and chairing kick off meetings with the client strategy team

• Managing the client strategy team to ensure that all the information and recommendations necessary to begin the campaign have been made and agreed with the client

• Liaising regularly and appropriately with clients

• Writing comprehensive campaign briefs that meet best practice guidelines (including campaign analysis brief information if relevant)

• Following quality control procedures to ensure that all briefs submitted to the delivery teams are correct, comprehensive and meet client objectives and expectations

• Overseeing and project managing the more2 output process, escalating as appropriate if there is any chance that the deliverable will be late, or any other unexpected queries or results

• Making final output selections and recommendations to the client, and liaising with client to get sign off before data is released

• Ensuring campaign analysis is briefed and all information required for the analysis is up to date and correct by liaising with the client

• Checking campaign analysis when delivered and ensuring that it meets brief to enable the client strategy team to use it to make key recommendations

  1+ years’ experience working in a direct or digital marketing environment

• Fluency with Microsoft Office, particularly excel

• Ideally, some familiarity with databases and/or campaign (email and direct mail) processes and software

• Worked in a marketing environment

• Comfortable with numbers
