PA to Partner in global engineering/construction consultancy is required to provide a high level of confidential personal secretarial and administrative support. This PA to Partner role require a robust personality, somebody who loves a challenge and enjoys building strong relationships and being really involved. The PA to Partner position pays up to £40k plus corporate benefits. The role is based in Tottenham Court Road. 

The role will require providing efficient PA support of a very busy leader of two desks, you will be assisting with two-way communication and information flow at all levels and providing an effective bridge between the Leader, her peers, team members and external contacts as appropriate. This PA to Partner role is pivotal and requiring using own initiative and diplomacy. 

PA to Partner duties: 
·    Be informed and up to date with the Partner’s daily activities, managing hectic diary
·    Use judgment to manage workflows including associated deadlines, actions, thinking ahead, 
·    Manage email, action as appropriate, filing, deleting, actioning follow-ups, forwarding 
·    Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, take ownership of enquiries and ensure these are resolved.
·    Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents. 
·    Prepare meeting papers unprompted.
·    Format reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
·    Manage expense claims, timesheets.
·    Arrange travel/accommodation, booking relevant tickets/hotels etc and preparing relevant itineraries. 
·    File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
·    Draft letters and initiate correspondence where appropriate.
·    Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, events, forums, seminars etc including finding venues and booking catering, AV, etc.
·    Maintain contact databases.
