We are currently recruiting for an administrator to join this Investment Bank based in the City for this 2 month temporary role. The successful candidate will be providing general administrative support to the team.  It is essential that all applicants come from a financial background. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation, maintenance and monitoring of departmental budget
  • Office expenses management and control
  • Administrative support for business visitors and staff business trip arrangements
  • Assist in the processing and monitoring of Credit Applications and other credit related documents, registering them in the system and producing approval sheets etc.
  • Preparation, maintenance and control of Conditions and Instructions and follow up for completion
  • Creation of regular and ad hoc credit management reports on portfolio
  • Assist in the development of management reporting tools
  • Preparation of teams meeting minutes
  • Filing – preparing new folders, file documents, applications and creating pdf documents of same for archiving after registration
  • Providing other ad hoc office duties as required
  • Assisting the teams credit analysts with non-analytical application and approval work
