A Sales Administrator is required due to recent expansion for a leading organisation within the Construction industry based in Chelmsford

You will be responsible for the receipt of customer orders, accurate input of the orders into the ERP / SAP system, undertaking effective despatch planning through active liaison with commercial, operations and transport teams, subsequent monitoring the progress of orders after production and despatch, rescheduling orders in the event of customer changes or problems with production or delivery, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

You will ensure a balanced approach is taken to delivering high levels of customer service

This role is very diverse and would suit someone that is happy to work in a fast paced environment.

To be successful you will have previous experience within ales administration, account management or a customer focused role.

At least 2 years within order taking, sales administration or logistics planning is essential along with an intermediate of MS office applications

Applications from recent graduates would also be considered

Working hours are 41 hours a week between the hours of 07.30 â 17.30 Monday â Friday and one Saturday in Five
