We are recruiting for a HR Assistant/ Office Manager (maternity cover) for a wealth management company based in Mayfair. This role is 80% HR focused and requires previous HR experience. The HR Assistant/ Office Manager role pays up to £30,000 depending on experience. You must be available from Monday 26th January 
The HR Assistant/ Office Manager (maternity cover) includes:

Office management including contracts negotiation, supplier liaison, re-organising office space, Health and safety

HR Administration, holiday and absence keeping, new starter inductions.

HR Recruitment, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging interviews, offer packs, offer and contract drafting

HR Performance Management coordination and assisting line managers

HR Benefits administration 

HR Employee Relations

Training and Development

Requirements for the HR Assistant/ Office Manager:
You will have previous experience in a role combining HR and Office Management, Flexible attitude.
