Russian Client Relationship Coordinator (maternity contract- 1 year) is required to join a renowned wealth management/ Tax and Accountancy consultancy. The Russian Client Relationship Coordinator role pays up to £28k depending on experience. This is a year’s maternity contract role and starts on 6th February. Candidates on a months’ notice will not be successful.
Housed in beautiful offices in Mayfair the Client Relationship Coordinator role is pivotal and includes the following:
Ø Upkeep and maintenance of the statutory files of international companies, including basic company secretarial duties
Ø Upkeep and maintenance of files pertaining client correspondence, including drafting of basic legal documents and communications relating to client transactions and coordinating the obtainment of the signatures on legal documents as required;
Ø Upkeep and maintenance of the financial files of international companies, including bookkeeping duties (for e.g. recording of bank transactions and filing statements; issuing, recording and filing invoices; preparation of spreadsheets required for VAT returns, etc
Ø Opening and management of bank accounts with international banking institutions, preparation of bank transfers for international payments relating to client transactions, statements requests, SWIFT requests, internet banking, and other bank account management duties;
Ø Assistance with the completion of Anti Money Laundering checks
Ø Supporting the Client Relationship Managers and/or Board Member in a range of duties, as requested on a day-to-day basis.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and at least one other language, Russian in particular being a benefit
Ø Experience of working in an international and fast paced environment. Experience as a team assistant is desirable;
Ø Minimum 2:1 university degree or a professional equivalent is desirable.
