We are recruiting for a Global Engineering Consultancy based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Team Assistant to excel within a forward thinking and busy role. You will have experience of supporting a large team and will be able to hit the ground running, be proactive and like a challenge.

Duties:

  • Diary Management
  • Audio/Copy-typing
  • Minute Taking
  • Screening incoming calls (internal and external), dealing with enquiries and requests, taking accurate messages and/or handling them when appropriate
  • Email Management
  • Arranging complex travel - including flights, hotels and visas within the UK and Overseas.
  • Organising/co-ordinating business related events, initiative planning, and event planning
  • Assist with initial stages of marketing when required including Bid Proposals and PowerPoint presentations, carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Typing of correspondence as directed (letters, memos, emails, etc).
  • Producing and updating spreadsheets, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Organising meetings, both internal and external, ensuring the director is well prepared for the meetings/presentations
  • Assisting/covering for other secretaries when the need arises.
  • Booking meeting rooms and catering
  • Advising staff/reception of visitor arrivals, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority, arranging working lunches
  • Completing and submitting time sheets and expenses claims for the directors
  • Ad Hoc duties

    This is a temp - perm opportunity and will start immediately, you must be able to interview this week. You will be available for an immediate start
