Marketing Team PA, Asset Management

Well-established Asset Management firm based in the heart of the City is now recruiting for an experienced Team PA/Marketing Assistant to support a small but busy team – fast-paced & deadline-driven environment!

Duties will include:

• Managing diaries – multiple calendar management
• Setting up meetings and global conference calls
• Extensive and often complex global travel arrangements – multi-city trips, visas, schedule conflicts
• Compiling, creating and maintaining reports, databases and charts related to industry and global marketing trends
• Advanced presentation work – preparing detailed commentaries, pitches
• Report preparation – complex reports, charts & graphs
• Producing internal business & training presentations
• Maintaining compliance records for Marketing materials
• Coordinating legal approval processes
• Updating content on the intranet and various websites
• Expenses, invoice and budget management
• Coordinating Marketing events – manage logistics, source venues, order gifts, collateral etc.
• Global liaison across the business and with external clients
• projects

Criteria:

• PA/Admin based experience, ideally gained from a Marketing department within a corporate blue-chip or Financial Services firm
• Marketing exposure highly beneficial
• Asset/Fund Management sector exposure beneficial
• Advanced MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Any experience with Quark and/or InDesign advantageous
• Graphic Design background helpful
• Event organisation advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with a global team
• Proactive in taking on extra responsibilities
