They are a highly successful recruitment agency that specialises in Oil & Gas recruitment, and this role has the potential for huge growth. With a two year graduate training scheme, you will have extensive training on all things recruitment in order to help you succeed in the role.

After the two year graduate scheme, there is then potential to be offered a management training scheme which will lead to you becoming a manager of your own team in your own division.
