Role Overview:

To manage allocated site activities/operations ensuring that the revenue growth, profit generation, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction targets are achieved or increased thereby contributing to the business’s overall revenue profit goals set by the company.  You will have on site responsibility for the following areas of the business and team members under your remit including Front of House, Switchboard, Post Room, Telecoms and Reprographics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver within budgets as originally agreed for each financial year.
  • To ensure achievement of the site financial results in terms of revenue and gross margin. 
  • To implement cost control targets and monitor expenditure to ensure operating expenses meet budgets as originally established.
  • To manage allocated site active/operations ensuring that the revenue growth, profit generation, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction targets are achieved thereby contributing to the business’s overall revenue profit goals set out by the company.
  • To ensure the correct management of stock levels consumables and materials effectively ensuring that all purchasing is conducted correctly
  • To ensure all work carried out is to the highest quality and meets (if not exceeds) customer deadlines, SLA and KPI’s.
  • Responsible for ensuring Perception Company Policies are in place, measured, followed-up and managed.
  • Performance manages direct reports within contract/site.
  • To be responsible for morale, high employee motivation, training and development of direct reports in line with One Team strategy.
  • To be responsible for ensuring customer service levels are achieved through the appropriate targeting of accounts.  To carry out Mystery Audits on a quarterly basis and follow up any findings in a timely manner.
  • To provide timely, accurate and relevant management information covering financial and operational key performance indicators for use with both client reporting matrix and requirements.
  • To manage and develop direct reports and ensure development and succession plans are delivered throughout the site.
  • Support and implement Company initiates and projects at site level to ensure site and Company success.
  • To ensure that all site procedures are in place, checked and updated in a monthly basis.
  • To ensure that all Health & safety procedures are adhered to by all that falls under your remit.  Responsible for all RA’s and DSE’s
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with key contacts on client sites to ensure an open communication channel and customer satisfaction levels are maintained, to explore new business opportunities
  • Report to Client Services Manager on a daily basis ensuring open communication is kept at all times
  • Manage Site team to achieve or exceed their goals
  • Ensure all reporting processes are in place and recorded according to Company Policy.
  • Communicate with colleagues in Operations team to ensure sharing of information and best practice
  • Liaisons with other Site Managers/RPS when work cannot be carried out on site
  • Liase with Administration, Finance and HR back-office function to ensure company procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure open communication with the FM at all times, following the escalation process through the CSM

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accountancy principles
  • People management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of site commercial, financial and contractual relationships with customers/clients
  • Excellent and efficient communicator
  • Deliver profitable revenue growth in contract
  • Ability to successfully manage site level change
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Experience of leading and managing a team of 10 and above
  • Experience in managing all staff related Human Resourcing issues
  • Proficient in budget management
  • Proven experience of working in a similar background
  • Proven knowledge in Telecoms, Reprographics  and Post Room Services
  • Outgoing and “can do” personality
  • High level of personal grooming
  • An interest in the business

Package:

  • £33,000 per annum
