Sales Executive Team Leader for a Leading Travel Company

Sales Team Leader urgently required to join a leading Travel Company based in Oxford.
Joining an established and dynamic team you will play a key role in overseeing a group of Sales Executives who are reaching out to and growing the company’s customer base across a designated territory. You will be the team’s point of training, operations, support escalations and negotiations as well as;

• Monitoring Sales Executives activity level to ensure targets are met
• Sales planning, implementing new initiatives, lead distribution and qualification
• Managing pipeline of larger clients through outbound and inbound sales to large hotels and groups
• Monitoring attendance, activities and performance. Helping team members to hit goals and overcome challenges

You will play an active role in the business working closely with the Inside Sales and Territory managers and attending regular cross functional meetings in order to remain up to date with product changes and new offerings as well as suggesting improvements and new ideas.

The successful candidate will have a high level of leadership and integrity gained from past experience managing and mentoring a sales team of at least 5 people. You will have a proven ability to meet deadlines and strong presentation, sales, writing and telephone skills.
