My client is an OOH media owner managing washroom panels, digital screens and 6- sheets across a variety of environments.

They are looking for a Production and Operations Co-ordinator to play a vital role in the success of our business. Working closely with our Production and Operations Manager, you will ensure that all campaigns and projects are executed to high standards.

You need to be:

  • Highly organized
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Confident, driven, proactive and commercially-minded.
  • An open-minded approach to problem-solving is essential and inquisitive thought and creative thinking key.
  • With a keen interest in advertising, you will pride yourself on always being up to date with industry news and you will have a proven track record in a detail orientated role.

Your responsibilities will include:

Production

  • Collate all artwork for campaigns in-line with print deadlines / campaign live dates.
  • Liaise with printers / suppliers to ensure campaigns are running to schedule.
  • Work with Production and Operations and suppliers.
  • Work with our landlord partners in ensuring artwork suitability for different environments.
  • Liaise with Accounts Team ensuring client payments are up-to-date. Manage print / delivery execution based on this.
  • Source new and varied products.

 

 

Operations

  • Prepare inventory report fortnightly for Production and Operations Manager, ensuring the portfolio is being maximized at all times.
  • Communicate with Operations Field Team to ensure creative solution paperwork is prepared and the team has all tools at their disposal to deliver campaigns successfully.
  • Assist in producing delivery information, campaign instructions and dispatches (worksheets) to Operations Field Team.
  • Run creative solution audits.
  • Collate incoming paperwork – dispatches, surveys, installations etc.
  • Update site information on database – refurbishments / venue closures / damage reports to ensure inventory is always up-to-date.
  • Work with Production and Operations Manager to ensure campaigns within venues are always up-to-date and relevant.

Photography / Aftersales

  • Work with Sales Team to understand the photo requirements / Proof-of-Postings (POPs) for all campaigns. 
  • Ensure each campaign has defined instructions that the Operations Field Team can follow.
  • Collate all incoming photography once campaigns are posted.
  • Manage photo log for each campaign in-charge.
