Graduate Researcher for an Executive Search Firm

Our client, a well-established Executive Search firm within finance, are seeking a Graduate Researcher.  This is an excellent opportunity for a bright graduate who seeks a role with excellent earning potential.  The purpose of this role is to support the work of the sales team through research and the gathering of appropriate market intelligence.

Main responsibilities:

• Billing
• Candidate delivery
• Meeting set recruitment and researcher KPIs
• Gathering market intelligence within the finance and recruitment industry
• Communications
• Assisting with recruitment lifecycle activities
• Providing team support
• Contributing to shared goals and objectives
• Work as a brand ambassador

Duties of the role include:

• KPI activity; generating leads, gathering names, sourcing resumes, sending resumes, screening, adding managers, etc.
• Workload planning and organisation
• Systems updates
• Administration
• Information gathering and recording
• Communication with peers and managers
• Communication with candidates
•  Prospecting new clients
• Compiling reports and market intelligence as required
• Conducts candidate sourcing activities as necessary

Desirable qualifications, skills or experience required:

• A graduate calibre candidate
• Experience, whether from internships or since graduating, within finance of executive search
• An understanding of the finance industry
