Float PA

A friendly Executive Search firm in Mayfair with a fantastic team culture is seeking a Float EA to join them. They have two Floats and some forty EAs who hold this role in extremely high regard.

The EAs take huge pride in their work and look after their very appreciative but hard-working consultants to the very best of their ability, so really look to these roles to provide seamless cover in their absence. As a result, they provide very comprehensive handovers for the week or so long assignments that you cover.

They do not dot around from hour to hour there, so it is a lovely opportunity to get to know each different department and their consultants and EA teams very well and in the long-term, there is also the opportunity to progress in to one of their static roles should you choose to do so.

Core hours 9-5.30pm but rarely more and may suit someone who is looking for a little bit more flexibility in a full-time role but also happy to commit, especially during the busiest holiday seasons.
