PA

A leading Mayfair-based Private Equity firm is seeking a diligent PA with a good sense of humour and proven experience, ideally in a trading or boutique finance environment.

The role will be supporting 3-5 mid-level professionals with their travel, extremely busy diaries and administration. You should have experience of juggling competing priorities and balancing a busy workload as well as having the ability to maximise your team’s time as they are very much in-demand and will rely on you to make their work lives run as smoothly as possible.

This team, while still working in Private Equity, is more akin to a trading floor environment, so you should have a sense of humour and be happy and confident dealing with some more outgoing yet friendly characters.

You will be working closely with another two PAs on the team and provide as much cover as possible to the team, so ordinary core hours will be 8-5 although some flexibility is required for holiday cover or similar.
