Global Real Estate Coordinator- 12 month contract

A leading and global accountancy firm based in the west end of London are currently recruiting for a coordinator to support the international real estate team. The aim of this position is to support the team with establishing global processes and knowledge sharing.

This role will involve communicating with internal and external stakeholders, gathering information and sharing knowledge with the real estate team. Duties will include; developing and maintaining client relationships, case studies and profiles, working with key countries to develop plans for global targets, coordinating meetings and following up on action points. Other aspects of the role will be bid support and ensuring the smooth running of bid documents and client wins, developing a quarterly communication on internal and external market intelligence, technical changes or hot topics in the industry.

This is an exciting 12 month contract role that will be suitable to somebody who likes getting involved with projects, research and developing client relationships. The client is looking for a self starter and somebody with ability to seek out information in a proactive style. Being highly organised is vital and with a strong level of attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders from multiple countries and have a proficient use of all MS Office tools, e.g Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
