Private PA in Holland Park

Attic is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant for a busy and exciting family in West London. Working in a kind and considerate environment the role will be split between business assistance and ensuring the smooth running of all households (there are many!)
Both principles are heavily involved within creative industries and will need administrative support to drive their businesses forward and ensure tip top organisation.
Additional book keeping, travel arrangements and property management will be required. The family run with a small staff and everyone is very hands on. The tone of the house is informal and they require a friendly, relaxed yet highly organised PA.
The ideal candidate will be happy with an informal household and being around small children. You will be able to juggle differing demands and able to be a self- starter as the family travel extensively and there is a lot of down time.
The role is perfect for a settled candidate, who is bright and can work closely on a level with two HNW individuals. The household offers a fabulous working environment and scope for progression within their business. Candidates who are Mac savvy will be at an advantage as all houses are run using the latest Mac technology. Candidates will only seriously be considered if they live within reasonable commuting distance to Holland Park (45mins), and a driver would be preferred.
