Team Assistant - Investment Banking

Rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the worlds leading Investment Banking organisations in their stunning Canary Wharf office. Joining at an extremely exciting time, this is the time for a top Team Assistant to join a truly successful organisation and become an integral part of the business.

The role is a temp-perm position, so will suit a candidate who is immediately available for start and will view this as a long term opportunity.

Supporting a large team, you will be the go to person for all support functions including diary management, meeting organisation, business travel arrangements, expense management, ordering supplies, producing reports and presentations and any adhoc duties required. You will also provide cover and overflow assistance to the Senior EA within the team to support senior team members.

A born organiser, you will work with the upmost confidence and integrity at all times and will appreciate the pressures of assisting an extremely busy and large team. Demonstrable experience supporting a team is desired, preferably within the wider financial services sector. You will work with professionalism, drive and pride at all times alongside a solid skill set across all areas of administrative support.

This role is starting initially in a temporary capacity, with the view to become permanent in the long term. Therefore candidates must be available to start immediately. Based in Canary Wharf, working hours are 8:00am-6:00pm.
