OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager (Internal) to take control of the internship programme of a top tier not-for-profit organisation based in London. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overall control of the matching and placement process of candidates into sponsor roles in London and will be involved in the interview process of international candidates. You will be expected to travel internationally and remain the main point of contact for placed candidates throughout the year to ensure smooth operation of the programme. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills and be extremely organised. Good counselling skills are essential in order to resolve any placement related issues and provide pastoral care to interns. The ideal candidate will be expected to market the programme to potential new sponsor companies. There are also general administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, issuing contracts and invoices and producing marketing material and communication. The successful candidate will have a strong background in a similar role with at least two year's experience in HR or recruitment. This is a busy role and therefore excellent time management skills are essential as well as being a self-starter with excellent problem solving capabilities.
