Our client, a global leading financial firm based in stunning offices in Green Park require a highly professional, hardworking and experienced Facilities Co-ordinator for a 3 month temporary booking.

This role will be to support the Facilities Manager with various projects which involve office moves. You will be required to conduct audits, prepare schedules, carry out floor inspections, use AutoCAD to create floor plans and assist the facilities Manager where needed. You will also be required to assist with project management and logging all contractors and jobs on the system. It is essential you have strong experience of working within the corporate sector planning office moves and must have used ‘AutoCAD’.

You will need to have carried out an entire office move as well as planned one. This is a key part of the role. You will be a strong team player with a ‘muck in’ attitude. It’s vital you have a strong eye for detail as well as excellent communication skills. You will be professional, articulate and dynamic.
