Our client is a global insurance organisation who are looking for a facilitates administrator to support the current Real Estate Operational Support team.  The role is a 4 month booking that requires a proactive and professional person to assist with projects.

Produce process workflow diagrams in support of demented process (using visio)

Produce standard operating procedures documents

Write up minutes and document from meetings and distribute to attendees

Assist in mini projects

Organise contract vendors for 2015 monthly and quarterly review meetings
