Super-polished candidate required to cover a PA/Reception role within Private Equity for a 6-12 month maternity contract. Are you immediately available? Do you have experience within Corporate Finance / Private Equity / Asset Management? Then read on.
Our client is an internationally respected Private Equity firm situated in the heart of Mayfair. The role is a unique one: based on reception (80%), you will also be the PA responsible for one VP and one Associate. You would also take responsibility for IT issues within the firm (you do not have to be an IT wizard - this role mostly incorporates logging and resolving issues with external suppliers, liaison with maintainers, and setting up new starters).
Duties include: meeting & greeting; co-ordinating and setting up meeting rooms, controlling the switchboard; diary, travel and correspondence; processing expenses and producing presentations and reports; distributing post and making tea. The client is quite traditional and very corporate, but they require someone with a sleeves-rolled-up attitude who can communicate at a high level but does not mind the smaller tasks.
It is essential that the successful candidate is immediately available and has a background within finance, as well as experience in both the Reception and the PA function.
