Finance and Administrative Assistant. £22000 - £25000.

A specialist Recruitment Agency based in the City, are seeking a Finance and Administrative Assistant to support the Directors in administration and the coordination of the business. They are seeking someone with some financial administrative experience and strong attention to detail.  The role pays to £25k.

Finance Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts receivables and accounts payables
  • Managing the Xero system
  • Contractor invoices, timesheets and client invoices
  • Updating relevant spreadsheets
  • Remittance management
  • Management of SOX
  • Tracking and managing the sending of invoices

 

Other Responsibilities:

PA to 2 Directors

 

  • Incoming calls
  • Managing general inbox
  • Management of external communications
  • Managing PSL list information
  • Application Management
  • General Recruitment Admin support

 

Arranging telephone and face to face interviews

 

The successful candidate will be adaptable, energetic and engaging. The Finance and Administrative Assistant role requires a high level of attention to detail but also a creative individual who has a strong sense of customer service both internally and externally. Strong communication skills, previous experience using an accounting system and good MS office will be essential.
