An exciting American Ad Technology business based close to Warren Street are looking for an Office Manager. You will be running an office of 20 people and be a part of a culture of growth and success. Up-beat and bright candidates would fit with the general feel of the business. The Office Manager role pays to £30,000.  The hours are 9am -6pm. 

The Office Manager role is exciting and varied. 
Office Manager duties:
- Management of all incoming post/letters/ deliveries/ fob access keys 
- Send Suppliers Invoices/to accounts for all facilities suppliers. Cleaners/ aircon company/ plant company 
- Office Stationary supplies - orders.
- Organise company lunches for the office three times a week. 
-  Travel management for all of the London/Munich/plus US visitors 
- Business cards, office Calendar, Video conferencing system 
- New starters - Chasing IT to ensure office manager is sent an IT start sheet, new starter induction 
- Management of recycling 
- Take ACTION POINTS - for Team Meetings - distribute at the end of each important whole team meeting - to the London office.


Events:
Event logistics (orders/all organisation to run up of the event/ technical/ orders/ venue sourcing and managing suppliers) - Summer Conference, World Mobile Congress, ATS.
Dinner reservations/ venue search plus any extra details - for EMEA events abroad. DMEXCO, World Mobile Congress.
Travel arrangements for EMEA throughout events abroad - Hotel bookings/ coach bookings/ pre-booked taxis for EU staff and US staff where necessary.
 

First Aid Course for the office 
 

HR: Office Manager is responsible for the holiday spreadsheet and also the sick days spreadsheet on
