Our client, a prestigious private clinic based on London’s Harley Street are looking for a Sales Support Patient Care Administrator.  The purpose of this call is to assist the sales team, provide administrative support, process payments and to assist with incoming queries.  This role is based in the sales office in the clinic and will be alongside six Sales Representatives.  This is a varied role that combines sales support with administration. The successful candidate will be incredibly organised, an excellent problem solver, proficient across MS Office and well-presented with a great attitude.

  • The need to demonstrate flexibility, including duties, hours of work, breaks, working conditions, working with team members, protocols and procedures, updates in knowledge etc.
  • An openness to change, grow, and take on greater levels of responsibility and performance.
  • The ability to communicate and interact effectively, calmly and compassionately, during various points of contact with patients and colleagues alike
  • You will need to be flexible and accommodating
  • You will have to be knowledgeable about the clinic
  • You will need to know what the clinic can offer the client in any number of special circumstances
  • You will need to provide all the information that the client requires to enjoy their visit to the clinic.

Personal requirements

  • A self-starter
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Clerical and administrative experience using computers
  • Working knowledge of a simple database application, word, excel, email and Internet
  • Some post-secondary education will be advantageous
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills


Daily duties:

  • Answering queries on the phone
  • To book post-operative treatments
  • Chase deposits
  • Be responsible for waiting lists and cancellation lists
  • Distribute leads
  • Distribute any incoming emails
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Updating all records on the patient database
  • Playing an active part in the maintenance of a supportive learning environment within the clinic
  • To complete the end of the day administration
  • To hit monthly targets
  • Ensuring all patients glasses are delivered and collected in a timely manner
