Experienced PA/OM required for Private Equity Firm

A highly successful private equity firm based in the West End is looking for an experienced OM/PA to join their friendly team.

The role is very much a dual role and you need to be comfortable with both office management duties and supporting the founder of the business. The role is not equally split: some days you will be doing more PA than OM and vice versa.

The PA side is split into business and personal and will require you to be highly organised and resilient. As for the OM side, you will manage everything in the office. The team is small so you have full responsibility and it is your job to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Five years' minimum experience in a similar role is essential and you need to be happy to turn your hand to anything that is asked of you.
