We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a Corporate Receptionist to join them in their new London Office. This role is a crucial part of the business as you will be the face of the company. The Receptionist will act as the interface between the London office and all of its external and internal visitors and will be a presentable and well-organised individual with impeccable customer focus and attention to detail. The role offers varied duties and will provide a challenging yet satisfying opportunity for a proactive and professional individual. The company themselves are lovely to work for and this is an amazing opportunity for a candidate looking for a corporate reception role

The role :

• Welcome all visitors, directing them appropriately.
• Answer calls, taking and passing accurate messages and providing a welcome and efficient reception area.
• Book and maintain the diary for Conference meetings .
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
• General administration and Ad hoc duties as reasonably requested.
• Liaising with all sectors of the business regarding general queries.

The right Candidate:

• Ideally previous experience in a corporate reception role
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent telephone and general communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work.
• A proactive and can-do attitude
• A professional, polite and diplomatic approach to all situations.
