Team PA with fluent Italian or Spanish

We are recruiting for a Management Consultancy based in Central London, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA who has worked within a professional services organisation previously and who is keen to work within a busy and dynamic environment. If you spoke Spanish or Italian to business level this would be an advantage.

Duties

Support for 3 principles

Arranging complex international travel

Oversee the principles emails and voice messages

Manage principles day to day schedule and tasks

Coordinate meetings either office based of video conferences

Establish and maintain project files and filing system for principles

Document production

Project coordination and support

Assist with budget tracking

Ensure marketing is up to date

Assist HR with relevant information

This is a maternity cover for 12 months and is to start at the beginning of October. You will ideally be degree educated but this is not essential.
