Team Administrator, to £25k
As a Team Administrator you will be working for a forward thinking, leading-edge global Executive Search consultancy and supporting a team of 4 charismatic individuals in the Office Management team whilst supporting the office. Your team administrator responsibility will include managing diaries, arranging international travel and accommodation, formatting CVs, database management, report writing and managing the client Terms of Business and general admin. You will also be in charge of supporting the office management and IT functions.
For the Team Administrator role we are looking for exceptional communication skills in addition to hard working attitude, good degree and excellent written and spoken English.

Team Administrator/Office Support
Our client, an international Executive Search firm with stunning offices in the heart of the bustling City, is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and personable Team Assistant to their busy Office Manager.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some office administration experience, is of graduate calibre, and has a passion for learning and personal development of their skills.
Duties will include the following:
General support to the London team
· Create, format, proof read, and edit the team’s documentation to ensure consistency and branding throughout
· Create, update and produce ad hoc reporting and documents as requested
· Diary management, where required for the director and consultants
· Arrange travel / accommodation as requested
· Arrange candidate and client interviews, as requested
· Administrator of the CRM database, ensuring correct processes and procedures are both followed and maintained
Office Management support
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, binding, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing
· Keeping the office tidy, desk moves, social events etc
· First line support for the team’s IT queries, liaising directly with the IT outsourced supplier
· Upkeep of the database
· First Aid and other Health & Safety requirements
Experience required
· Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
· Works well under pressure whilst maintaining a cheerful, professional manner
· Excellently presented, positive attitude and mind-set
· Strong IT skills with a sufficient understanding of software and hardware issues to liaise appropriately with internal and external stakeholders
