Sponsorship and Exhibition Executive

Sponsorship and Exhibition Executive required to join a leading Membership Organisation based in the West End. 
An exciting opportunity to join an established and prestigious organisation with UK wide offices and a positive working culture. You will be joining the Marketing and Events team and work with internal teams, existing members and suppliers to effectively promote and sell exhibition and sponsorship packages. 
You will be responsible for;
·    Promoting, selling and managing event sponsorship and exhibition space
·    Maintain excel, CRM, internal filing and reporting for all bookings
·    Communicating event information to exhibitors, sponsors and prospects
·    Manage the design and setup of sponsorship campaigns including copywriting and e-marketing across all communication channels.
·    Dealing with all queries and providing excellent service at all times. 
You will have the opportunity to work with Event Managers, Partners and Managers to develop new sponsor and exhibition packages, share ideas and agree on future opportunities.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated team player with a can do attitude. You will have strong sales and customer service experience in Sponsorship and events, ideally within a membership body or education.
Basic Salary circa £28,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
