Float EA

Excellent EA required to join this fantastic global firm at their London HQ in the West End. As float EA, you will be responsible for covering absences and holidays of the 25 other EAs in the business, moving between consultants on a regular basis and getting a taste for everything that the business does.
 

You must be professional, experienced (4-5 years EA experience minimum), broad shouldered enough to deal with the demands of a floating role and able to provide seamless support. This is a lovely, dynamic role where no two days would be the same and you would get to develop excellent working relationships with everyone in the business.
 

Previous experience in Executive Search would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other professional services backgrounds will also be considered. This is a fast-paced, corporate environment where you must be able to walk the walk and talk the talk, so candidates from a non-corporate background will not be considered. It is crucial that you are happy to float between roles, as this is a permanent set up and not a stepping stone into a fixed EA role in the same business. Excellent typing (min 55 wpm) is a must, as are first rate MS Office skills.
