Office Manager & HR Coordinator
£35-40k
Wimbledon
Affleck Property Services Ltd is looking for an Office Manager & HR Coordinator to provide direct support to the Directors in a rapidly expanding and exciting Company. The main responsibilities will be to ensure inter departmental administrative efficiency.
Affleck is a leading company within the construction industry that provides reactive maintenance and planned building services. Affleck have grown year on year to become a key player in the market with a multimillion pound turnover and an office team of 20 people.
THE ROLE
• Provide direct support to the Directors of the Business
• Manage IT and Telecoms through third parties
• Manage HR (Holidays, Personnel Issues, Absenteeism)
• Directly Manage all Office Personnel
• Review and manage all administrative procedures with the ability to re-design to ensure maximum efficiencies within an expanding business with changing requirements
EDUCATION/SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
• Excellent Office Administration skills
• Three A-levels, and minimum Second Class (Hons) Degree
• 8 years Office Experience
• 5 years Office management experience
• CIPD Qualification in Human Resources Practice – preferable
• Familiarity with HR Policies in the UK
• Knowledge or experience within the property or building sector - preferable
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs.
Strong written English skills.
