My client is a well established investment banking advisory firm situated in fantastic offices in the West End. They are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this well established team and to be trained up by one of the best EAs in the industry. The successful candidate will have long term goals of pursuing a career in a support role (such as EA/PA).
You will be answering the telephone taking messages, filing and maintaining filing system for CEO, general typing including travel itineraries for CEO, and booking meeting and lunch rooms.
A hardworking, proactive & can-do approach with the willingness to learn will be essential for this role.
To excel in this role you will be a team player, with good initiative and professional manner, also possessing:
Education to GCSE level standard or above (including English & Maths)
Secretarial qualification would be advantageous
Good IT skills use of Outlook/Microsoft Word
Intermediate Excel/PowerPoint
Excellent telephone manner for phone cover
