This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a vibrant, fun team and provide general day-to-day support to our Client's busy CEO.
We are looking for a confident, driven, articulate and pro-active PA who is available immediately to commit to this busy and challenging role.
Key responsibilities:
* Proactive diary management
* Managing and prioritising incoming mail, emails and faxes
* Booking and coordination of travel arrangements
* Reconciliation of expenses
* Budget management
* Assisting in the compilation of reports, statistics and presentations using MS Office suite
* Organising and attending meetings and ensuring CEO is well-prepared
* Ad hoc support to the wider Senior Management Team for team events or meetings
* Managing ad-hoc projects including commercial research
* Coordinating and pulling together Board presentations
Experience / Skills
* Previous PA experience
* Fashion & Retail background/ very keen interest in the industry
* Educated to degree level or equivalent is desired
* Proactive self-starter with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Confident in dealing with senior colleagues
* Used to working in an international environment
* Ability to cope under pressure and able to met tight deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable nature with a positive attitude and a passion about your work
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Adaptable approach with the ability to juggle and manage changing priorities
This a temporary role to begin with and this has a view of becoming permanent; therefore, we are sourcing for candidates who are readily available and who would be interested in the role on a permanent basis.
