Our client, a successful media firm is seeking an accomplished HR Generalist to join their London office. Thus is a 13 months contract to start in September. The HR Generalist will have previous generalist experience gained in a company of a small size (up to 50 people) on top of CIPD qualification. The ability to priorities your workload and remain calm under pressure is essential.
HR Generalist duties:
-day to day generalist HR duties
-recruitment, inductions, ER, training
-budget management and HR admin
-leading projects i.e. pension, policy review
Requirements
• Recent experinece in a stand-alone HR role within a sales -focused small and medium enterprises
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• CIPD and degree
