Office Manager urgently required for a renowned Engineering Consultancy in Central London.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing yet established company in a newly created role. As the Office Manager you will be responsible for implementing new systems and processes in order to keep the busy office of 9 specialists running smoothly. Daily duties will include;
• All administrative duties for the technical staff including typing, document formatting, producing reports and implementing filing systems
• Providing front of house support and acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and other enquires
• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• Maintaining office stock, stationary etc.
• Assisting with the project accounting and reporting key information to management.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an Office Manager ideally within an engineering environment or supporting a team of technical staff. You will have experience in basic accounts duties including tracking fees and invoicing.
This role is suited to a motivated and professional Office Manager who isn’t afraid to implement new systems and take control of a busy office.
Basic Salary to £30,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
